The collected archives of Frances Thompson, a buried legacy of the Black Trans woman who shaped American history. This archival newspaper was collected as research for Reconstructing Frances, a documentary film currently in production at Comfrey Films. We’re determined to trace the footsteps of this historic trans leader and ensure her legacy is never forgotten or erased again.
